1. Pick up application at our office location at 27393 Ynez Road, Suite 164, Temecula. Everyone over 18 years of age is required to complete a separate application.
2. Include the following:
1 month of paystubs or other proof of verifiable income
Copy of drivers license or military I.D.
Copy of social security card
Copy of recent bank statement
3. Pay $30 application fee with cash, money order or cashier's check made payable to Grapevine Property Management. We also accept online credit/debit card payments. Personal checks will not be accepted.
4. Mail or deliver your application(s) to: 27393 Ynez Road, Suite 164, Temecula, CA 92591. You may also email your application as a PDF file to firstname.lastname@example.org. Sorry, we cannot accept faxed applications.
Applications are processed in the order we receive them. If we do not process your application we will return it to you with the application fee within 10 business days. Applications take approximately 72 business hours to process and complete. There is no guarantee that we will process your application within any certain length of time. Applications and supporting documents become the property of Grapevine Property Management once they are submitted to us. Original documents will be returned by written request only. Application fee is non-refundable unless application was not processed.
