Instructions and Drop-Off Information
To speed up the application process you should hand deliver the application, if you fax it we still need the application fee delivered before we can being processing the application. We require a separate application for anyone over 18 years old and the fee is $35 each, married couples need just one application fee. Payment should be in the form of a money order or a cashiers check. Cash is not advised and is done so at your own risk.
Deliver the application to Postal Annex at 27636 Ynez Road, Suite L7, Temecula, CA 92591. Be sure to write Grapevine Property Management #305 on the envelope.
